Refund Policy

New World Imports (NWI) Policies and Procedures 1/1/05

  • We accept payment now only by Credit Card, PayPal, or C.O.D.
  • Merchandise can be returned for any reason within 10 business days for a full credit. No questions asked. The Buyer will pay for the return shipping and fax NWI prior to the return of Merchandise.
  • Any Damaged Merchandise must first be reported by the Buyer to UPS by calling 1-800-pickups (or the shipping service) and a fax sent to NWI and save the box for UPS inspection. The damaged goods must be reported and returned within 15 business days and the Buyer must pay for this Shipping. The Buyer will receive a full credit for both the Merchandise and Shipping. If no damage report no credit will be issued.
  • We are very sorry about these changes but we have had many abuses in the past. These policies will help us keep our costs and prices as low as possible.
